How long does it take from sign up to go live?
From the contract signing date, it takes approximately four weeks to set up your customer data and initial creative content, including key contacts and links to your store, such as online service booking links and vehicle inventory.
Will it integrate with my DMS and other systems?
Vision can receive data from your DMS – we are approved partners with CDK and Serti. We do not write any data back into your DMS rather pointing customers towards your website or online bookings tools and any other call to action contacts you may have.
Do you provide training?
How secure is my data?
Our commitment to data security and compliance with global regulations, including CASL (Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation), GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and CPRA (California Privacy Rights Act), is of utmost importance to us. Your account manager will discuss initial campaign details, once agreed all artwork can be viewed through the Vision Portal. Customer lists can also be viewed and edited/ approved in the portal prior to deployment. You will get email notification each time a new list is available.
